Our dedicated team of wedding specialists is committed to making your vision a reality. During your site tour, you'll have the opportunity to meet our experienced wedding planners, who will guide you through the various aspects of our venue. They will provide valuable insights, answer your questions, and help you envision how your special day can be perfectly tailored to your desires.
There is an extraordinary variety of locations for wedding ceremonies through Werribee Park, with each site exuding its own unique ambiance.
The brilliance of hosting your ceremony within the park is that while you are off capturing your ‘just married’ bliss during your photography session, your guests can enjoy scrumptious canapés and cocktails on the front lawn before your reception party kicks off, all conveniently located on the same property grounds.
THE FORMAL GARDENS
There are 10 ceremony sites through the Werribee Park gardens to say “I do”:
State Rose Garden: Over 5000 rose bushes in bloom October to April.
Lemon Scented Gums: A secluded & naturally fragrant location.
The Lake: A secluded location with romance of yesteryear.
Bunya Bunya: A beautiful & natural setting with rolling lawn.
The Parterre: Expansive and colourful with the majestic Werribee Mansion as the backdrop.
Silky Oak: Hidden in greenery with a view of the Mansion tower or gardens as your backdrop.
The Homestead: Features bluestone walls, original farm machinery and gum trees.
The Laundry Cottage Lawn: A smaller area of lush lawn to share your first kiss

Immerse yourself in the Victorian era and share your first kiss as a married couple within the Werribee Mansion. The Mansion is a living, breathing postcard of the 19th century, with an Italianate architectural style and aura of absolute sophistication. Your ceremony booking includes exclusive use of the main hallway, grand staircase, salon and first floor landing within the Mansion.
The Reception
Continue the celebration in The Refectory featuring classic architecture, designer chandeliers, high ceilings and luxury furnishings. The Refectory is a fusion of modern heritage, offering a stunning backdrop to celebrations with your guests. Recently restored, this building still has it’s historical charm while breathing an air of elegance into your event.

The Courtyard
The magnificent walls of the mansion stretch above you and your guests, providing an outdoor location like no other. The dark walls contrast with the light paving make for exquisite photos and allow your decorations to stand out no matter what colour or theme you choose for your reception.

Greenhouse
The clean white timber against the stunning green plants provide a unique setting for your reception. Add a few fairy lights and you have your own plant oasis and a location you’ll remember for years to come.
Originally constructed in 1882, the glasshouse at Werribee Park is a much loved location for those forever treasured wedding photos.
The crisp white contrasted over the stunning leafy blooms which tower over the vintage mosaic pavement create a uniquely photogenic space.
The Farm / Orchids & Gardens
Step back in time to the 1800’s and enjoy the rustic ambience and charming character of the Werribee Park Farm and Orchard. This is the perfect location for an outdoor reception, offering a unique setting in a more secluded area of the park.
The Werribee Park Gardens almost seem endless, giving you a range of stunning locations to choose from for your reception. The Gardens provide for a convenient way to incorporate your ceremony and reception within the same area which allows guests more time to relax and celebrate your wedding day.
The Barn
Step back in time to the early 1900s when enchanting balls, picnics and polo matches were held at the adjoining Werribee Mansion. Featuring bluestone buildings, original trusses, exposed brick, barn doors and rustic fence lines, this elegant barn space is nestled within 100+ acres of the picturesque countryside.
Celebrate with guests as they mingle over pre-dinner drinks in a relaxed and intimate setting. Indulge in a shared grazing style feast with family and friends and continue your celebration whilst dancing under a sky of festoon lights.
