MFWF The Chef, The Farmer & The Winemaker…


A roving lunch experience at the historical Homestead of Werribee Park showcasing the best produce in the region. Bursaria’s bespoke menu was designed around local, seasonal produce from the Werribee Park region and is teamed with Shadowfax wines.

Guests enjoyed a roving entrée served in the Werribee Park community gardens at the Homestead and then wandered the beautiful Werribee ground, moving inside the newly restored The Refectory for seated main course and dessert featuring produce grown in the neighboring market gardens and orchards. Matched with wines from Shadowfax winery.

We heared from Bursaria’s Head Chef, Shadowfax Winemaker and local Farmer & author, Craig Castree as they shared their passion and talked about their produce unique to the Werribee Park region.
