The sun was shining, bubbles were flowing, canapes were roving and it was a perfect afternoon for recently engaged and couples ‘to be’ to experience our stunning venue The Refectory at Werribee Park. All our guests enjoyed our beautiful light filled space with architectural features, spectacular high ceilings and luxury contemporary furnishings overlooking 10 acres of picturesque gardens surrounding the grand 1870s mansion. Romance was in the air with romantic florals, bespoke stationery & styling, wedding cakes, creative photography, boutique wine tasting, music & entertainment as we collaborated with our fantastic wedding suppliers for an inspiration filled Showcase. After two wonderful years, Music in the Round returned to the Abbotsford Convent on Father’s Day, Sunday 4 September. The event showcased Australia’s leading &emerging classical musicians in the Convent’s unique heritage spaces. This year, Bursaria catered for the guests at the VIP luncheon and our Pop Up Cafe was enjoyed by all. It was a great day to enjoy music, fabulous food and our delicious Bursaria Hampers.

Proudly part of the Melbourne Food and Wine Festival 2016 as an umbrella event, Fromage a Trois Cheese & Cider Festival will once again fill the picturesque grounds of Werribee Park on Sunday 6 March 2016.
The event showcased specialist cheese and cider producers from all over Australia as well as other gourmet products and was the perfect scene for enjoying a lazy afternoon, good food, entertainment and activities including the gorgeous gardens of Werribee Park. (more…)
