We were so excited to host our nearest and dearest friends at The Refectory Werribee Park official launch. We are thrilled to open our new venue following an extensive renovation and can’t wait to host some beautiful weddings and events in this new space.
Our menu for the day was a gorgeous grazing menu, best enjoyed over a long lazy lunch and designed to share:
Smoked ocean trout, pumpernickel, salmon roe, crab mousse, salsa verde
Slow cooked oregano and garlic lamb shoulder, white bean puree, crispy vine leaves, rosemary jus
Broccoli, freekeh, toasted almonds, lemon vinaigrette
Baby beets, fennel, goat’s cheese, horseradish cream
Roasted cauliflower florets, labne, dried cranberries, pepitas
Duck fat roasted potatoes, sea salt, confit garlic and fresh herbs

Blood orange curd meringue tart
Tonka, rum and raisin crème brulee
