Ordering

All orders must be placed by 2pm, two days prior to delivery. Please see below for specific delivery instructions.

Delivery – Contactless

Friday between 8am and 5pm

Orders within a 5km radius of Hawthorn will receive free delivery. Orders within 6km-10km will incur a $20 delivery fee. Orders within 11km-20km will incur a $30 delivery fee.

Placing an order
You can place your order online via www.bursaria.com.au, email us with your request or call with any questions. Orders must to be placed by 2pm, two business days in advance.
Bursaria will decide at its discretion whether an order can be accepted outside of these timeframes.

Food safety
Your Bursaria Family Tuckshop meal was made fresh and has never been frozen. Bursaria is not responsible for how you cook or store your meal however will provide detailed heating instructions and an expiry date for each menu item.
If you are not home at the designated time of your delivery, Bursaria will leave your order in a safe place and will not be held liable for your delivery after this time.
Bursaria operates under a food safety program, which ensures that each process step is systematically analysed. Potential problems are identified and sufficient controls are put in place to reduce and eliminate risks. Bursaria will not be held liable for the health and safety of our customers for any food removed from the venue or consumed more than sixty minutes after the specified delivery time.
While Bursaria will endeavour to cater to special dietary requirements and allergies, trace allergens cannot be guaranteed against, due to the working environment of the kitchens and some externally sourced ingredients.

Delivery
Bursaria Family Tuckshop deliveries are available on Fridays between 8am and 5pm. It is the client’s responsibility to be at your specified delivery location to receive your order. Bursaria cannot confirm the exact timings of deliveries and will endeavour to make all deliveries as close to requested times as possible.

Changes & cancellations
Whilst Bursaria will do our best to accommodate last minute changes, it may not always be possible. If you need to cancel an order, please let us know prior to 3pm two business days prior. Cancellations after this time will incur a charge of 100% of the total amount invoiced.
Cancellations on the day of delivery will not be accepted and as such the full amount invoiced will be payable.

Refund Policy
